The shores of New England come to East Aurora with an evening of maritime brews, fine wines and fresh seafood. A gourmet cheese display and a tableside clambake with fresh Maine lobster will be featured.

with crumbled Maytag bleu cheese, black berries, toasted pine nuts
and a light raspberry vinaigrette

Steamed Maine Lobster
with drawn butter,  candied yams, steamed corn and salt potatoes
