Mr. Daniel Garvey

Mr. Daniel Garvey, 
Inn Manager

With over 25 years of hospitality experience, Mr. Daniel Garvey oversees all aspects of the daily management of the restaurant and general operations of The Inn. He is past President of the New York State Restaurant Association-WNY Chapter and was the Founding Director of “Local Restaurant Week”- very successful promotion to encourage diners to patronize locally owned restaurants. He also is an Adjunct Professor for the Hospitality Department of a local college.

Chef Andrew Nuernberger

Mr. Andrew Nuernberger,
Executive Chef

Chef Andrew Nuernberger is an East Aurora native who has been fortunate to be able to learn and perfect his craft close to home. Knowing at a young age that he belonged in the kitchen, Chef Andrew followed his dream from the W.D. Ormsby Culinary Program to the Erie Community College Culinary Arts Division. He began his career at The Roycroft Inn in 1997 and gained recognition for his skill becoming the Executive Chef in 2003. Inspired by the Inn’s history of artistry and creation, Chef Andrew brings to his craft a contemporary approach to the bountiful regional and seasonal ingredients that are available throughout the year.  He believes that dining is a total experience from the ambience of the restaurant, service provided and food that is served.

Andrea Ball

Ms. Andrea Ball,
Group Sales & Event Manager

Joining The Roycroft in 2015, Andrea oversees the Sales and Events Department and is known for her flawless execution of high profile galas, weddings and corporate events. She brings over 20 years of expertise in the event management and hospitality industry and has planned and produced over 1000 corporate and social events throughout Canada and the United States.

As a travel and tourism specialist, Andrea partners with industry leading tour-operators and meeting planners to spread the word and share the Roycroft experience with culturalists from North America and beyond. Andrea follows the Elbert Hubbard Way and strives to make sure that every event is lead with Head, Hand & Heart. Her creative insight, attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction guarantees that you’ll receive an exceptional event experience during your time on The Roycroft Campus.
